As the days grow longer and nature fully awakens, this special Spring Renewal Sound Journey is designed to reflect the energy of the season — growth, transition, and new beginnings. This session is crafted to mirror the rhythm of spring, guiding you through a process of awakening, release, and renewal.

Inspired by nature’s transition, we will use rising tones, rhythmic drumming, and light, expansive sounds to open up to new energy.

The experience will help you move forward feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourself.

What to Expect:
🌿 A guided relaxation to help you settle and ground.

I write each somatic style meditation myself, helping you to tune in and connect with your body. I shape the meditations around the season, energy, and intention of the session.
🎶 A full sound immersion including singing bowls, gongs, and drums.
🍵 To close there will be time for reflection over tea and dark chocolate to gently integrate the experience.

Spaces are limited to keep the session personal. 

This is your time to slow down, reset, and embrace Spring with clear intention.
