About

When we soften the noise of everyday life and begin to slow down the unsustainable pace of the world around us, something shifts. Beneath the fog, a quiet mind awaits. It's in this stillness that the answers we’re searching for begin to rise - our truth, our guidance, our inner knowing. A Quiet Mind is a space to reconnect with that place within.

Like all of us, I’ve weathered life’s challenges and emotional storms. That path led me to seek clarity and healing - and over time, I came to realise that what I was looking for was already within me. I just needed to slow down enough to hear it.

Hello, I'm Lamorna.

As a qualified sound healing facilitator, I host events across Berkshire and London, offering immersive experiences that gently combine sound healing instruments with somatic-style meditation.

Inspired by the profound impact sound healing has had on my own life, I created A Quiet Mind to share this work with others. To offer spaces where people can pause, rest, and reconnect with themselves in a world that often moves too fast.

My sessions are shaped by the wisdom of nature, the intelligence of the body, and the universal language of sound. I guide people into a deeper presence using vibrational instruments alongside simple, body-based prompts that help soften the mind and invite a sense of ease. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t need to be forced — it can unfold naturally when we slow down enough and feel supported in our bodies and environment.

I welcome individuals from all backgrounds into supportive spaces. I believe the restorative power of sound and holistic practices should be accessible to everyone. These experiences aren’t just relaxing, they can be deeply transformational. They've changed how I meet myself, and how I meet the world.

The spaces I create through A Quiet Mind are more than just places to unwind, they’re invitations into self-discovery. A place where you can feel safe, to simply feel.

If you have any questions or feel curious about joining or creating a session, I’d love to connect.
