Ease out of the week and into deep rest. This gently guided evening sound bath is designed to help you slow down, release built-up tension, and settle your nervous system through the resonant tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes.
Held in the stunning, unique setting of The Canopy, the session begins with a short guided meditation to help you gently arrive, before easing into an immersive sound journey. Often described as a form of meditation, this experience offers many of the benefits of meditation without needing to do anything at all. You’re simply invited to get comfortable and receive the sound - allowing your mind to soften, your body to unwind, and a sense of calm to emerge.
We'll close the session with loose-leaf tea, giving you time to quietly reflect before heading home. A nourishing way to end the week, you’ll leave feeling grounded, settled, and quietly restored.
