Ease into the weekend with an evening of sound and deep rest.

This 75-minute session begins with a short guided meditation before moving into an extended sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments.

You don’t need any experience with meditation or sound baths. Simply get comfortable, listen and see where the experience takes you.

We’ll finish with loose-leaf tea before you head home.

What to bring

A mat, blanket and bolster are provided. You're very welcome to bring a pillow, eye mask, extra blanket or anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
