The Cowshed Fundraiser Sound Bath December 7th 2024

The Cowshed Christmas Project Fundraiser 

Every year, The Cowshed helps thousands of children who would not otherwise receive presents. To read more about the wonderful work they do for the community and how the charity has made a difference to families in previous years, click here.

This sound bath is a chance to unwind and take a moment to pause during the busy month of December. Allow yourself this time to be still, as the vibrations and frequencies from the instruments help to restore balance within. Leave feeling relaxed and revitalised, carrying the peace you have created with you through the holiday season. 

100% of ticket sales are donated to the charity to support the brilliant work they do for the community. 

A local company, Above The Line Security, has offered to match all ticket sales pound for pound. This means your donation from the ticket sale is worth double to The Cowshed.

Set at the beautiful TRX barn located within Farley Equestrian Centre. We will begin by settling down with a guided relaxation before we journey through the use of singing bowls, gongs, drums and other sound healing instruments to take you to a deeply relaxed place. We will finish by enjoying a winter spiced tea and mince pies together as we take time to reflect on the experience.
