A calm and powerful way to start your Sunday.

This outdoor session brings together breathwork and sound to support both release and deep rest. You’ll be guided through a breathwork journey by Charlotte from It All Starts With A Breath, followed by an immersive sound bath for relaxation.

We’ll begin with breath — using simple, effective techniques to shift energy and bring you back into your body. From there, lying back under the trees, be immersed in the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, gently guiding you into a slower, more settled state.

Held in the peaceful grounds of East Hampstead Park, this session offers space to step out of the noise and into something peaceful. Leave feeling both energised and deeply restored. 

We’ll close with loose-leaf tea, and you’re very welcome to stay afterwards, take your time and enjoy the surroundings.

This is an outdoor event, so please bring a mat, blanket, and anything else you need to stay comfortable.
