Sound Bath January 12th 2025

Join me for our first Sunday evening sound bath of the New Year. 

Through January, we will be focusing on letting go of the pressures that come with New Year's resolutions. This will be a space for you to pause and release any harsh expectations of yourself this new year, focusing on giving yourself grace instead. 

Using sound healing instruments, you will be taken to a deeply relaxed place where you can experience true clarity. This is a place where you can listen to your deepest desires and motivations for the year ahead. By doing this, we can set aligned and meaningful goals for 2025. 

The perfect way to wind down your weekend. Allow the beautiful sounds to wash over you, leave feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead. 

Set at the beautiful TRX barn located within Farley Equestrian Centre, this is the perfect place to escape for an evening to turn inwards for self-discovery and rest. 

We will begin by settling down with a guided relaxation before we journey through the use of singing bowls, gongs, drums and other sound healing instruments to take you to a meditative state. We will finish by enjoying tea and chocolate together as we take time to reflect on the experience and give ourselves a moment of stillness.
