Sound Bath December 15th 2024

Join me for our new Sunday evening sound bath. The perfect way to wind down your weekend, allowing the beautiful sounds to wash over you and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead. 

This is our final sound bath before the Christmas holidays. Let's take this evening to slow down during what can be an especially stressful month for many. This session will be a chance to remember the true intention for this time of year: rest and renewal. 

Set at the beautiful TRX barn located within Farley Equestrian Centre; this is the perfect place to escape for an evening to unwind and rest. Allow yourself this time to come and experience the many healing benefits that vibrational sound healing can bring. 

We will begin by settling down with a guided relaxation before we journey through the use of singing bowls, gongs, drums and other sound healing instruments to take you to a deeply relaxed place. We will finish by enjoying tea and chocolate together as we take time to reflect on the experience and give ourselves a moment of stillness.
