Sound Bath @ TRX Clubhouse - March 9th 2025

This Sunday evening sound bath is the perfect way to wind down your weekend. Allow the soothing sounds to wash over you, leave feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

Through the month of March, we will be focusing on new beginnings and the upcoming season of hope. We begin to see nature slowly waking up - the earth softening, the trees beginning to bloom, daffodils appearing. We get to see the cycle of life continue to unfold in front of our eyes as winter comes to an end and spring is upon us. Taking our cues from nature, the sound bath will focus on energetically "waking" us up from winter and restoring the balance needed for the growth and transformation of spring.

Using sound healing instruments, you will be taken to a relaxed place where you can experience true clarity. From this place, you will be able to get clear on what you are letting go of and leaving behind in winter. As the opportunity arises for growth, get clarity on what it is you are calling in to flourish this spring.

Set at The TRX Clubhouse located within Farley Equestrian Centre; this is the perfect place to escape for an evening to turn inwards for self-discovery and rest.

We will begin by settling down with a guided relaxation before we journey through the use of singing bowls, gongs, drums and other sound healing instruments to take you to a meditative state. We will finish by enjoying tea and chocolate together as we take time to reflect on the experience and give ourselves a moment of stillness.
